I still remember the clients who would sit across from my desk and share their dreams of
 starting a business. Being a part of that journey — helping them understand their finances 
and taking confident steps forward — is what inspired me to build something of my own.

Starting JOP wasn’t easy. I took a leap of faith with a business partnership that didn’t work out, and I invested everything I had into it. When it fell apart, I was scared — but I didn’t give 
up. I started over, worked even harder, and built this business from the ground up.
